Sr. Agentic AI Engineer

Realign LLC is building enterprise-grade Agentic AI capabilities with a focus on Supply Chain use cases, and the team is seeking a senior engineer to develop, own, and scale production systems. This role combines hands-on architecture and implementation with integration testing, monitoring, and cross-functional partnership across IT, product, and research.

What you’ll do

• Develop and own enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems for Supply Chain use cases, including multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, deployment, monitoring, and full lifecycle management.
• Capture design requirements, translate them into user stories, and drive technical design end to end through integration testing, including data setup and issue remediation during UAT.
• Support development team activities and develop a Hypercare support model.
• Implement hands-on enterprise Agentic AI Supply Chain solutions using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and NVIDIA technologies including NeMo and AIQ.
• Partner with Enterprise IT engineering, product, and research teams to integrate LLM-based solutions with enterprise IT and Operations data sources.
• Ensure integration with enterprise data sources and Industry’s best Agentic platforms, with a strong content security focus.
• Drive architectural decisions across on-prem, cloud, hybrid, and containerized deployment models to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions.
• Lead technical design reviews, develop technical design documentation, and follow principles of code development.
• Define agent autonomy boundaries, human-in-the-loop workflows, and escalation strategies for enterprise supply chain scenarios.
• Design and implement agent observability and evaluation frameworks covering latency, accuracy, cost, failure modes, and hallucination analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of demonstrable experience in software architecture, systems design, or enterprise platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python for production-grade AI systems, plus experience with SQL and JSON and backend service development (Java a plus).
• Proficiency in AI/ML systems, generative AI, or agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent orchestration frameworks such as ReAct patterns, LangChain-based systems, and AutoGPT-style workflows.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization, including indexing strategies, similarity search tuning, and relevance evaluation for production systems.
• Experience designing multi-agent communication and coordination patterns (planner/executor/critic, supervisor agents, etc.).
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM) via APIs, data connectors, or custom services.
• Strong technical solution design and analytical skills, including the ability to perform technical and business process modeling.
• Excellent collaboration skills, including influencing cross-functional stakeholders and building trusted partnerships.
• Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
