Sr. Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Resodyn Corporation is hiring a Senior Electromechanical Engineer to own electromechanical product development end-to-end for advanced mixing and processing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from inception through completion
• Develop project requirements to address product and process problems and support development of new products and processes
• Initiate technical investigations and prepare design specifications, analyses, and recommendations for management approval
• Lead mechanical design efforts across prototype, precommercial, and new commercial products within an advanced product development environment
• Provide strong technical leadership, with preference for experience designing products for manufacture
• Serve as a team leader/participant for assigned projects, delivering results with a strong work ethic
• Design and prototype pre-commercial, new, and complex commercial products as required
• Develop and complete product designs both individually and as an effective team member based on management assignments
• Prepare technical documentation including system layouts, component specifications, and calibration instructions
• Apply strong CAD and CAE skills to support design and analysis
• Contribute exceptional electromechanical/machine design capability, including extensive product development and design-for-manufacturing experience

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in electromechanical design
• SolidWorks proficiency
• U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor’s or Master of Science in Electromechanical Engineering (ABET Accredited), preferred
• Confirmation of U.S. citizenship (application question)
