Substation Engineer

INA Solution Inc. is hiring a Substation Engineer for a hybrid role supporting projects across multiple locations in the US. This position offers a competitive pay range of $160,000 to $190,000 per year, along with relocation assistance available.

The work involves high-voltage substation engineering, with opportunities to apply both physical design and protection and controls (P&C) expertise. The role also includes coordination across clients and vendors, plus project leadership and QA/QC responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform HV substation design, with experience across physical and/or Protection & Controls (P&C) design
• Support project leadership and QA/QC efforts to maintain delivery standards
• Coordinate with clients and vendors throughout project execution
• Use Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office in day-to-day project work

Requirements

• 5+ years of HV Substation Design experience
• Strong experience in Physical and/or Protection & Controls (P&C) design
• Experience with substations up to 765kV
• Project leadership and QA/QC experience
• Ability to coordinate with clients and vendors
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office
• PE License preferred
• Experience with HVDC, BESS, or Renewable Energy is a plus
