Responsibilities

Execute foundational end-to-end software engineering tasks for Microsoft Dynamics CRM as part of a collaborative team.
Conduct basic analysis to inform work.
Develop solutions and features.
Perform testing to ensure quality and reliability.
Debug and troubleshoot code as part of the lifecycle.
Configure system behavior and settings as required.
Investigate incidents and contribute to incident resolution.
Create and maintain documentation for work and processes.
Monitor system health and implement alerting as needed.
Implement project enhancements aligned with user or system design specifications.
Adhere to team guidelines while independently tackling well-scoped problems.
Proactively seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
