Responsibilities

• Execute foundational end-to-end software engineering tasks for Microsoft Dynamics CRM as part of a collaborative team.
• Conduct basic analysis to inform work.
• Develop solutions and features.
• Perform testing to ensure quality and reliability.
• Debug and troubleshoot code as part of the lifecycle.
• Configure system behavior and settings as required.
• Investigate incidents and contribute to incident resolution.
• Create and maintain documentation for work and processes.
• Monitor system health and implement alerting as needed.
• Implement project enhancements aligned with user or system design specifications.
• Adhere to team guidelines while independently tackling well-scoped problems.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
