Job Description

Accelera is seeking a Plant Infrastructure Engineer onsite in Crestview, FL to maintain and optimize a high-precision manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end facility infrastructure projects, using NX CAD to convert concepts into robust, high‑performance systems.
Maximize uptime by proactively managing maintenance programs and driving continuous improvement for critical site equipment and systems.
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to enhance site safety, sustainability, and overall production efficiency.
Oversee the integration of new equipment and facility upgrades, ensuring installations align with long‑term reliability goals.
Develop and implement modernization strategies for electrical and mechanical systems to reduce downtime and energy consumption.
Own environmental compliance protocols, supported by mentorship and formal training opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
5 to 8 years of professional experience in facilities engineering or plant maintenance.
Proven proficiency in industrial electrical systems and repair of mechanical components.
Experience using 3D modeling software for facility design and project planning.
Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex infrastructure problems independently.
