Job Description
Accelera is seeking a Plant Infrastructure Engineer onsite in Crestview, FL to maintain and optimize a high-precision manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end facility infrastructure projects, using NX CAD to convert concepts into robust, high‑performance systems.
- Maximize uptime by proactively managing maintenance programs and driving continuous improvement for critical site equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to enhance site safety, sustainability, and overall production efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of new equipment and facility upgrades, ensuring installations align with long‑term reliability goals.
- Develop and implement modernization strategies for electrical and mechanical systems to reduce downtime and energy consumption.
- Own environmental compliance protocols, supported by mentorship and formal training opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in facilities engineering or plant maintenance.
- Proven proficiency in industrial electrical systems and repair of mechanical components.
- Experience using 3D modeling software for facility design and project planning.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex infrastructure problems independently.
