Plant Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end facility infrastructure projects, using NX CAD to convert concepts into robust, high‑performance systems.
• Maximize uptime by proactively managing maintenance programs and driving continuous improvement for critical site equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to enhance site safety, sustainability, and overall production efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of new equipment and facility upgrades, ensuring installations align with long‑term reliability goals.
• Develop and implement modernization strategies for electrical and mechanical systems to reduce downtime and energy consumption.
• Own environmental compliance protocols, supported by mentorship and formal training opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in facilities engineering or plant maintenance.
• Proven proficiency in industrial electrical systems and repair of mechanical components.
• Experience using 3D modeling software for facility design and project planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex infrastructure problems independently.
