Job Description

Outsource Utility Contractor Corp seeks a Senior Structural Engineer in Kingman, AZ, for an autonomous, field-driven role managing on-site assessments through execution.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site structural assessments for residential, commercial, and utility projects, delivering accurate evaluations.
Assess structural integrity and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Define project scopes, cost estimates, and budgets to guide planning and execution.
Prepare engineering reports, calculations, and supporting documentation for stakeholders.
Coordinate with contractors and clients to align scope, schedule, and expectations.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety standards.

Requirements

5–8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience (minimum required).
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
P.E. licensure required, with Arizona reciprocity expected within six weeks.
S.E. registration preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software.
Ability to prepare structural drawings and designs according to project requirements.
Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu software.
Strong knowledge of structural systems, materials, and building codes.
Proven ability to define scope and estimate project costs.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations, reports, and proposals to convey complex concepts effectively.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kingman, AZ, with frequent on-site work.
