Senior Structural Engineer

Outsource Utility Contractor Corp seeks a Senior Structural Engineer in Kingman, AZ, for an autonomous, field-driven role managing on-site assessments through execution.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site structural assessments for residential, commercial, and utility projects, delivering accurate evaluations.
• Assess structural integrity and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Define project scopes, cost estimates, and budgets to guide planning and execution.
• Prepare engineering reports, calculations, and supporting documentation for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors and clients to align scope, schedule, and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety standards.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience (minimum required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• P.E. licensure required, with Arizona reciprocity expected within six weeks.
• S.E. registration preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software.
• Ability to prepare structural drawings and designs according to project requirements.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu software.
• Strong knowledge of structural systems, materials, and building codes.
• Proven ability to define scope and estimate project costs.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations, reports, and proposals to convey complex concepts effectively.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kingman, AZ, with frequent on-site work.

Compensation
