The Senior Electrical Engineer (PE Licensed) will lead the design and delivery of mission-critical electrical infrastructure for AI and HPC environments, hyperscale data centers, and other critical facilities, with direct client-facing leadership throughout project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of mission-critical electrical systems for hyperscale data centers, AI/HPC environments, critical facilities, advanced energy systems, and infrastructure projects.
- Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR), delivering signed and sealed engineering drawings and technical documentation where required.
- Develop and review electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, one-lines, coordination studies, arc flash analysis, and system designs using AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, SKM, or related tools.
- Coordinate closely with clients, project managers, architects, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams throughout project execution.
- Support commissioning, startup, integrated systems testing, field investigations, and validation activities while ensuring schedule, budget, operation, and code compliance requirements are met.
- Contribute to technical proposals, client presentations, engineering standards, and process improvements across the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in at least one U.S. state (Required)
- Ability to sign and seal engineering drawings and technical documents (Required)
- NCEES Record in good standing preferred and strongly valued
- Multi-state PE registrations highly preferred
- 7+ years of electrical engineering experience
- Experience in mission-critical facilities, data centers, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments

- Strong knowledge of mission-critical electrical infrastructure and power distribution systems
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineering staff

- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, SKM, or equivalent engineering software
- Solid understanding of utility interconnection coordination, power system reliability, redundancy architectures, Tier standards, and mission-critical operational requirements
- Understanding of redundancy architectures, energy efficiency strategies, and mission-critical operations
