Job Description

Integrity Staffing Group, Inc. is hiring a full-time Electrical Estimator (direct hire) for an international organization near Novi, MI. This in-person role focuses on capital equipment projects centered on material handling and conveyor systems. Base pay is anticipated at $90,000 to $125,000 per year and the position may include up to 15% travel for customer meetings and site assessments.

What you’ll do

Prepare project estimates for capital equipment work, with emphasis on material handling and conveyor systems.
Support customer engagements by traveling up to 15% of the time for meetings and site assessments.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is strongly preferred. Associate degree with experience is also acceptable.
3+ years of experience in project estimation for capital equipment, especially material handling and conveyor systems.
Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar 3D modeling software.
Ability to work in the United States.
Ability to complete standard pre-hire checks, including background and drug screen.

Location and schedule

Wixom, MI (onsite). Full-time and in-person.

Compensation and benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 per year.

3+ years experience communicating with PLCs
