Job Description

Monarch Products Precast Concrete Company seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer to lead the structural design and documentation of custom precast concrete products, coordinating with drafting, estimating, and production teams from design through delivery.

Responsibilities

Perform structural design and analysis for a wide range of custom precast concrete structures in accordance with ASTM, ACI, and PennDOT guidelines
Prepare and review production drawings for accuracy and constructability
Coordinate projects across drafting, estimating, and production teams
Prepare and manage engineering submittals for customer and engineer review
Communicate with customers, project engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Visit the production facility to support quality and constructability reviews
Assist with other engineering and project coordination duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
EIT or PE certification required
SolidWorks or AutoCAD experience required
Residence within commutable distance
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a hands-on manufacturing environment
