Civil/Structural Engineer

Monarch Products Precast Concrete Company seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer to lead the structural design and documentation of custom precast concrete products, coordinating with drafting, estimating, and production teams from design through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis for a wide range of custom precast concrete structures in accordance with ASTM, ACI, and PennDOT guidelines
• Prepare and review production drawings for accuracy and constructability
• Coordinate projects across drafting, estimating, and production teams
• Prepare and manage engineering submittals for customer and engineer review
• Communicate with customers, project engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Visit the production facility to support quality and constructability reviews
• Assist with other engineering and project coordination duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• EIT or PE certification required
• SolidWorks or AutoCAD experience required
• Residence within commutable distance
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a hands-on manufacturing environment
