Job Description

MenuMetric is seeking an Experienced Software Engineer to join its Altoona, Wisconsin team in a hybrid work arrangement. The role centers on designing and maintaining web applications across the full stack, with an emphasis on LLM-assisted development, robust security, and close collaboration with the engineering group. This position targets a proactive developer who can balance feature delivery with strong code quality and data protection.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications that align with user needs and business goals
Collaborate with engineering peers to design and implement new features
Maintain code integrity, organization, and long-term maintainability
Implements security and data protection practices
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to established standards
Stay current with evolving software development trends and technologies

Requirements

3+ years of software development experience
Experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS, TypeScript and JavaScript
Experience with web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
Experience or familiarity with both mobile and desktop development
Proficiency with Git or other version control systems
Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Self-motivated and proactive
