Role Overview
As a Senior AI Engineer I, you leverage generative AI and automation platforms with low-code tooling to solve real operational problems and reduce manual effort for the Secure Power team. You will build, test, and deploy AI agents, automated workflows, and dashboards, while maintaining the integrations and infrastructure required for production use. Your work includes translating business rules and decision logic into clear, testable agent instructions, converting manual processes into automated workflows, and supporting performance visibility through dashboards.
You also collaborate with process owners and team leaders to map current-state workflows, redesign steps that are broken or redundant, and move from working prototypes to Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). In addition, you partner with the central AI team to ensure that AI solutions adhere to established governance, security, and responsible AI policies.
