Job Description

DataAnnotation offers a contract, remote-friendly opportunity based in Boca Raton, FL, with flexible scheduling and the chance to influence AI development from anywhere. As a Staff Software Engineer - AI Trainer, you will train AI models, design and solve coding problems, write high-quality code with clear explanations, and provide feedback to improve AI systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine diverse coding challenges used to train AI systems.
Produce clean, well-documented code samples with thorough explanations.
Assess AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and readability.
Deliver actionable feedback that informs the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

Fluent English, native or bilingual level.
Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
