AI Engineer

This AI Engineer role is based onsite in Morristown, NJ, with a salary range of USD 98,400 to 171,900 per year.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current-state business processes to identify automation and AI driven enhancement opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain automation capabilities using RPA platforms such as UiPath alongside AI services.
• Create and support intelligent workflows that orchestrate AI agents, decision logic, and integration across enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain Intelligent Document Processing solutions leveraging OCR, document classification, data extraction, and validation techniques.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation and AI solutions.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, process maps, and operating procedures.
• Test, monitor, and optimize deployed automation and AI solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collect and analyze process and model performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide ongoing operational support and enhancements for existing automation and AI solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with business process analysis and understanding of its frameworks for analysis and change management.
• Knowledge of Robotics Process Automation concepts and tools, including UiPath.
• Awareness of AI tools and current industry trends.
• Proven ability to translate business processes into functional application requirements.
• Working knowledge of macros, programming, and SQL.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience delivering services to internal stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, and assertiveness.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• General scripting skills are a plus.
