AI Engineer

Embark on an early-career AI engineering role focused on delivering product features for an enterprise AI agent platform and fast-scaling AI-agent companies.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features across the stack for a new AI agent product
• Prototype quickly, incorporate feedback from pilot customers, and iterate
• Contribute a personal point of view on product direction, with an ownership mindset rather than a ticket-driven approach
• Work hands-on with LLMs, agents, and voice AI
• Use modern AI coding tools as part of daily development work

Requirements

• Fresh grad or early-career engineer with limited professional experience
• Passion for building demonstrated through a portfolio (projects, side-projects, hackathons, or open source)
• Solid engineering fundamentals and a strong eagerness to learn quickly
• Comfort forming opinions on product and taking ownership of outcomes
• Ability to operate in ambiguity within a fast, low-process environment
