Job Description
Robotics Technologies is building enterprise-grade Generative AI capabilities and is hiring an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy solutions on Databricks. This onsite role in Houston, TX focuses on Retrieval-Augmented Generation, custom agent workflows, document intelligence, evaluation frameworks, and model serving with MLOps.
What You’ll Work On
- Design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build and optimize RAG architectures and vector search solutions.
- Develop custom AI agents and agent workflows.
- Implement document parsing, information extraction, and document intelligence.
- Create and maintain evaluation frameworks to assess solution quality, accuracy, and reliability (including LLM-as-a-Judge and RAG evaluation).
- Design prompts and refine prompt engineering strategies.
- Deploy and manage models using Databricks Model Serving and related MLOps capabilities.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Full Stack Developers to deliver end-to-end AI-powered products.

- Strong understanding of evaluation, observability, and governance of AI solutions.
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS.
