AI Engineer, Enablement
Job Description
LangChain is hiring an AI Engineer, Enablement to deliver hands-on agent engineering training that turns customer familiarity into real product fluency. This role combines workshop delivery, scalable learning asset creation, and internal tooling to help the Enablement team support customers across the LangChain ecosystem.
Role Overview
You will design the technical foundation for how customers learn to build dependable agents using the LangChain ecosystem. Your work includes instructor-led workshops, written enablement materials, and reference implementations focused on LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, and LangSmith. The Enablement team supports customer confidence and independence by partnering closely with the broader GTM organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver live, hands-on workshops that build practical product fluency
- Create enablement assets such as tutorials, reference implementations, and best-practice guides that scale beyond individual sessions
- Provide technical guidance or office hours as questions arise
- Build internal agents and tools that streamline Enablement operations by automating processes for efficient team scaling
- Serve as the voice of the customer by feeding customer friction points back to Product and Engineering
- Stay current on agent engineering practices and incorporate learnings into teaching and enablement materials
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years building LLM or agent applications, including experience designing agent architectures and evaluation strategies
- Strong Python, with comfort writing and debugging code live in front of customers
- 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Enablement, Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar), including designing and delivering live workshops
- Proven ability to create and deliver high-quality technical training programs, including live workshops, written tutorials, documentation, and video guides
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences ranging from individual developers to enterprise stakeholders
- Comfort working independently in ambiguity and managing multiple customer engagements at once
- Curiosity to stay at the forefront of agent engineering trends and quickly apply those learnings to customer materials
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $150,000 - 195,000 USD per year + equity
