AI Engineer - Forward Deployed Engineer · Reinvention Centers Associate Manager

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Accenture, you will concentrate on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud to deliver data engineering, GenAI capabilities, and agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients, embedding with client teams as a technologist and trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise grade AI agents, covering retrieval, orchestration, tool invocation, and evaluation harnesses.
• Develop Snowflake data pipelines using Dynamic Tables, Streams, and Tasks, and leverage Snowsight for query authoring, dashboards, and operational visibility.
• Incorporate GenAI features into Snowflake workloads with Cortex AI components such as Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, and Cortex LLM functions.
• Optimize data models, SQL queries, and processing workflows on Snowflake to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Process large-scale Snowflake data using SQL, Python, and the Spark ecosystem.
• Customize and deploy agentic applications across finance, healthcare, and retail; lead workshops, PoCs, and collaborative coding sessions with clients.
• Establish and monitor metrics for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Build Snowflake native pipelines leveraging Cortex AI, Dynamic Tables, and the Snowflake data ecosystem.
• Operate MLOps and LLMOps pipelines with CI/CD across the machine learning and large language model lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least four years of engineering experience with the Snowflake AI Data Cloud and large-scale data projects (Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, Streams & Tasks, Snowsight), including building API layers that expose data and AI/ML capabilities to enterprise systems.
• Four or more years of experience in Python, Java, or equivalent, with familiarity in evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and observability.
• Four or more years shipping to production, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging, plus practical MLOps and LLMOps across the ML and LLM lifecycle (training, serving, monitoring, prompt management).
• At least one year designing and shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
• At least one year delivering agentic solutions in production (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) using AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, open-source) and Snowflake Cortex AI components (Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, Cortex LLM functions).
