AI Engineer II

Build production AI/ML capabilities for agentic and LLM-based solutions in a hybrid role in Sunrise, FL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production AI/ML systems, including agentic AI solutions
• Deliver LLM/RAG capabilities across prompting, orchestration, and retrieval workflows
• Implement backend services, APIs, and supporting data pipelines for AI applications
• Design and evaluate model performance using testing and monitoring practices
• Apply strong cloud and distributed-systems engineering to scalable, cloud-native solutions
• Translate business objectives into technical designs for real-world products
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or applied AI, including building production systems
• Experience building agentic AI systems, including:
  • Orchestration
  • Tools
  • Memory and state management
  • Evaluation
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, and the full LLM lifecycle:
  • Prompting
  • Fine-tuning
  • Evaluation
  • Monitoring
• Strong Python skills, including building backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, or applied machine learning in real-world product settings
• Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including:
  • BigQuery
  • Composer (Airflow)
  • DataProc
  • Similar GCP services
• Ability to design and deploy scalable cloud-native solutions using modern engineering practices
• Good understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and large-scale data processing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn business needs into technical solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong ownership and accountability

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related technical field

Compensation & Location

• Location: Sunrise, FL (hybrid)
• Salary: USD 89,250 - 150,250 per year
