AI Engineer (Rag Knowledge Fabric)

AI Engineer focused on building a secure RAG and Knowledge Fabric foundation for enterprise AI agents in store operations and maintenance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the RAG and Knowledge Fabric ecosystem, enabling AI agents to securely discover, retrieve, and use enterprise knowledge across multiple systems
• Deliver accurate, explainable, context-aware recommendations for store operations, equipment maintenance, and business workflows
• Design and develop scalable AI agent workflows using the Agentic Framework
• Apply prompt engineering to improve agent interaction quality and task accuracy
• Build and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge retrieval and semantic search
• Architect and implement multi-agent orchestration to support complex AI workflows
• Develop and maintain AI agents using the Agentic Framework for defined business use cases
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise content repositories
• Create reasoning frameworks, guardrails, and agent instructions through prompt engineering to raise response quality
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems for interoperability via APIs, ERP, and operational tools
• Implement observability tracing and performance monitoring to maintain AI system reliability
• Monitor and evaluate AI agent performance, driving continuous improvement
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners (product managers, data engineers, AI architects, and business stakeholders) to align AI initiatives with organizational goals
• Stay current with emerging trends in agentic AI and GenAI within the Blueverse ecosystem
• Research and apply the latest techniques in agentic AI and prompt engineering to drive innovation

Compensation

• USD 130,000 - 140,000 per year
• Compensation range: $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
