Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions
• Build interactive dashboards and executive reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Develop and optimize SQL databases, data warehouses, and data models
• Integrate data from accounting systems, CRM platforms, ERP software, estimating systems, project management platforms, and other business applications
• Develop predictive analytics models for estimating, budgeting, project performance, labor utilization, equipment tracking, scheduling, and cash flow forecasting
• Create company-wide KPIs, scorecards, and executive performance dashboards
• Automate manual reporting and repetitive business processes using Python, APIs, and workflow automation tools
• Design and maintain secure, scalable analytics architecture
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvement through analytics and automation
• Ensure data quality, governance, documentation, and security best practices
• Support strategic planning through advanced reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data engineering, software development, or a related technical role
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience programming with Python
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data modeling
• Experience integrating multiple data sources using APIs
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
