Call Recording Speech Analytics Engineer

Accenture Flex is seeking a Call Recording Speech Analytics Engineer to design, implement, and support advanced call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions for enterprise clients. This onsite role based in Charlotte, NC requires frequent collaboration with a client team and focuses on performance testing and stability, with an approximate 60 percent onsite workload. The position offers an hourly rate of USD 44 to 54 and requires a bachelor’s degree along with substantial domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions for the client.
• Hands-on engineering work, vendor coordination, testing, performance support, and postproduction stabilization.
• Engage in performance testing and tuning activities to ensure application stability and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Call Recording and Speech Analytics
• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Bachelor's degree
