Overview

We are a small, established civil engineering and land surveying firm seeking a Professional Civil Engineer (PE) to join our team. The role concentrates on civil design, project management, and supporting land development and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate is detail‑oriented, collaborative, and experienced in delivering high‑quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction
• Prepare plans, specifications, and technical reports
• Perform site design, grading, drainage, and utility layout
• Develop drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Coordinate with clients, surveyors, agencies, and internal team members
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Provide construction support including RFIs and submittals

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license, WA or ability to obtain
• 6+ years of civil engineering experience (land development or public works preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and utility design
• Experience with permitting and regulatory processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
