CS Electro-mechanical Engineer

E80 Group is seeking a Customer Service Electro-Mechanical Engineer to support after-sales operations on E80 automation and warehouse system management equipment in Waddell, AZ (onsite). In this role, you will keep systems performing reliably through maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and upgrades, and you will document work through reports and spare parts lists. This is a mid-career position with an hourly rate of $35.00–$42.00 (DOE) (FLSA non-exempt).

What you’ll do

• Maintain E80 system components by performing regular inspections and maintenance, including scheduled tasks and breakdown response.
• Complete preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and keep equipment running smoothly.
• Perform corrective maintenance by troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on machines.
• Calibrate and configure individual machines or devices to ensure proper operation.
• Support partial or complete upgrades and modifications on outdated systems.
• After completing work, prepare reports and spare parts lists for follow-up and continuity.
• Monitor system performance and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate managers.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering (Mechatronics background considered a strong plus).
• Preferred experience in the automation and/or material handling industry, including exposure to industrial equipment and system maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems applied in field operations.
• Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical schematics is required.
• Strong capability communicating technical concepts clearly to other technical professionals and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Interpersonal strength and a collaborative mindset with willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
