Join Lockheed Martin Corporation as a Cybersecurity Development Engineer in Colorado Springs. This full-time role on the GPS Control Segment team focuses on defending GPS capabilities through defensive cyber operations, secure architecture design, and resilient countermeasures. The position carries a salary range of USD 82,900 to 146,165 per year and is onsite at our Colorado Springs facility.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and advance the GPS Defensive Cyber Operations Tool Suite as a best-in-class solution.
- Collaborate with program teams on secure architecture design and resiliency strategies.
- Identify, develop, and implement resilient countermeasures to reduce enterprise risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Must be a US Citizen; this position requires a government security clearance
- Secret security clearance
- Current DoD 8570 baseline certification (eg, Security+, CISSP, CEH, CySA+, etc.)
- Linux experience (Red Hat, Ubuntu)
- Scripting proficiency (Python, shell/bash, PowerShell)
- Infrastructure as code tools (eg, Ansible)
- Security Information and Event Management tools (eg, Splunk)
- Occasional travel to military installations in Colorado and California
