Cybersecurity Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and advance the GPS Defensive Cyber Operations Tool Suite as a best-in-class solution.
• Collaborate with program teams on secure architecture design and resiliency strategies.
• Identify, develop, and implement resilient countermeasures to reduce enterprise risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Must be a US Citizen; this position requires a government security clearance
• Secret security clearance
• Current DoD 8570 baseline certification (eg, Security+, CISSP, CEH, CySA+, etc.)
• Linux experience (Red Hat, Ubuntu)
• Scripting proficiency (Python, shell/bash, PowerShell)
• Infrastructure as code tools (eg, Ansible)
• Security Information and Event Management tools (eg, Splunk)
• Occasional travel to military installations in Colorado and California
