DataAnnotation offers a fully remote contract opportunity for a Cybersecurity Engineer - AI Trainer. You will assess AI generated security content, tackle security challenges, and provide actionable feedback to shape the next generation of AI security models, all with flexible scheduling and the comfort of working from your own setup. The role pays hourly between $50 and $100, and certain projects may offer higher bonus rates.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI generated cybersecurity content for real world accuracy, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques.
- Design and solve security oriented technical problems used to train AI systems.
- Write clear technical explanations and security relevant code.
- Provide actionable feedback that informs the next generation of AI security models.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in a cybersecurity role such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related fields, including government or military cyber operations.
- Some coding experience and comfort navigating and patching a codebase.
- Fluency in English with strong writing skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Cybersecurity certifications are a plus (OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar).
