- Define and maintain Amego’s core operational, clinical, and financial metrics.
- Lead recurring reporting cycles such as board materials, program performance reviews, and compliance reporting, alongside ad hoc analyses to inform leadership decisions.
- Serve as the internal expert on Amego’s data, clarifying sources, meaning, and analytical capabilities.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with Amego’s external BI contractor to ensure alignment with internal requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and assess deliverables for quality, accuracy, and usability.
- Coordinate priorities, timelines, and budget; ensure the contractor’s work integrates with internal systems.
- Evaluate the BI engagement over time and advise on scope, vendor, or in-house balance as needs evolve.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, data models, and reports against Amego’s operational systems, including NetSuite, electronic health records, payroll, and SharePoint.
- Create dashboards and self-service reporting in Power BI.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations using Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, Python, and related tools.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and timeliness; investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
- Document data sources, definitions, transformations, and reporting logic to support governance and training needs.
- Identify manual, repetitive processes across departments and implement automation solutions to eliminate them.
- Build integrations between systems to reduce duplicate data entry and reconciliation work.
- Support compliance and operational reporting workflows, including MassHealth renewals, internal audits, and regulatory submissions.
- Provide tier 2 support for escalated issues from staff across Amego’s residential, clinical, and administrative locations.
- Assist with user account management, permissions, and access provisioning across NetSuite, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
- Contribute to small IT projects such as software rollouts, system upgrades, and vendor coordination.
- Help maintain internal documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base content.
- Ensure data practices align with Amego’s security policies and HIPAA requirements; implement role-based access controls for sensitive data.
- Establish and document data governance practices appropriate to a growing organization.
Requirements
- Experience with NetSuite data and administration, including ODBC connections and saved searches.
- Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Power Platform tools.
