What you will do
- Analyze data trends related to supply, optimization, ad load, and advertising mix to gauge effects on advertiser performance and help reach advertiser goals
- Present analyses to senior leaders on topics such as how feature development influences identity recognition rates and how changes to ad selection impact fill rate, highlighting insights that inform business and engineering roadmaps
- Formalize analytics approaches for Ads auctions by examining bid spreads, auction depth, and simulating potential auction structure changes
- Identify, standardize, and operationalize KPIs to measure the performance of all ad-serving systems, using trend insights to guide business priorities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define data logging requirements and secure prioritization on engineering roadmaps
- Validate financial models through rigorous analysis
- Develop and maintain ad revenue and supply intelligence analytics decks for ongoing, in-depth reviews
What we are looking for
- 1+ years of data engineering experience

A day in the life
