Data Engineer I - Salesforce Data 360
Job Description
Own the revenue data platform that powers analytics and AI across the customer lifecycle using Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines into Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) from Salesforce CRM, Gong, Pardot (MCAE), and other RevTech systems
- Implement ingestion using native connectors, APIs, and streaming patterns
- Build and maintain Data Cloud data models mapped to the canonical data model
- Configure identity resolution rulesets to unify customer and account data across sources
- Prepare, structure, and govern a trusted, permissioned data foundation for Agentforce, including unstructured sources so agents use accurate and current data
- Integrate Data Cloud with the Relias Information Hub on Databricks
- Build and maintain enrichment pipelines from ZoomInfo, Dun and Bradstreet, Definitive Healthcare, and Clay into Salesforce and Data Cloud
- Support match and dedupe logic, field survivorship, and monitoring for match rates and data freshness
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, lineage, and security using validation, monitoring, and access controls
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve data issues promptly
- Create and maintain documentation for pipelines, data models, mappings, and integration patterns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field
- 2+ years in data engineering, including 1 to 2 years on Salesforce Data Cloud or a comparable CDP with Salesforce data integration
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), including data streams, connectors, ingestion, transforms, data model objects, identity resolution, and calculated insights
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and revenue stack data structures (Salesforce CRM, Gong, Pardot/MCAE)
- Programming experience with SQL and Python

Location and Work Model
- Hybrid role in Morrisville, NC (commutable distance required)
- Flexible hybrid work requires living in North Carolina within a commutable distance to the office (about 1-hour commute)
- Expected to work onsite at Morrisville, NC Headquarters (close to the Raleigh/Durham airport) approximately 30 days/quarter
Compensation: USD 91,000 - 129,500 per year.
