Defensive Engineering Product Ops Specialist
Job Description
The Defensive Engineering Product Ops Specialist partners with Global Cyber Security Defensive Engineering teams to support planning, delivery tracking, and product visibility. This hybrid role in Boston helps maintain consistent product practices through structured Agile coordination, metrics, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and regular team meetings.
- Maintain and update product backlogs, roadmaps, actions, risks, dependencies, and ongoing delivery updates.
- Collect, organize, and present product metrics including KPIs, KRIs, and scorecards.
- Prepare product updates, dashboards, and leadership reports to support visibility and decision-making.
- Follow up with teams on actions, blockers, and delivery commitments to maintain alignment to plans.
- Support product managers by assisting with governance meetings and product reviews.
- Maintain product documentation, meeting notes, and decision logs.
- Contribute to improving and standardizing common product practices across Defensive Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to coordinate tasks and provide consistent follow-up across multiple teams.
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and presentations.
- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, product management, or project coordination.
- Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate across different teams and shifting priorities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience aligned to a hybrid work model in accordance with company policy.
- Standard business hours with flexibility for occasional global meetings.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Compensation range: USD 120,000 - 202,500 per yearly.
