Distribution Integrity Engineer

Onsite role for a Distribution Integrity Engineer with National Fuel Gas Company in Erie, PA, offering a salary range of USD 62,500 to 98,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution integrity programs to ensure compliance with current and upcoming regulatory requirements
• Review and analyze natural gas distribution system data to identify risk factors and potential threats
• Develop preventive and mitigative actions within integrity programs to address safety-related conditions and reduce risk
• Execute engineering analyses on pipeline risk models, operational history, and GIS data
• Support regulatory activities, including gap analyses, pipeline failure investigations, written reporting, and agency audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Strong verbal and written communication, solid technical abilities, and advanced Excel skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset applying engineering principles to real world problems
• Collaborative self-starter who works effectively both independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel within the service territory as required
• High self-motivation to drive projects forward with minimal supervision
