Engineer

Mammoet is seeking an Engineer to support heavy lift and transport projects from Rosharon, TX. This onsite role focuses on developing engineering solutions and producing essential engineering documentation to support safe and efficient project execution.

Role Overview

In this position, you will contribute to conventional and improved engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transportation work. You will prepare and select engineering method statements and other key deliverables, including drawings, calculations, visualizations, manuals, and risk assessments, to help ensure the work is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with customer needs.

Location: Rosharon, TX (onsite)

Travel requirement: 20%

Key Responsibilities

• Develop best-in-class engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transportation projects using your engineering expertise
• Apply conventional methodologies and contribute to developing new approaches
• Prepare and select existing and renewed engineering statements to support project execution
• Create and/or coordinate drawings, calculations, visualizations, manuals, risk assessments, and other key engineering documents
• Support efficient execution by delivering the right engineering results for customers
• Contribute to both conventional and improved engineering solutions by preparing and selecting engineering method statements, drawings, calculations, visualizations, manuals, risk assessments, and other relevant documentation for safe and efficient execution

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in engineering operation practices and systems, including HLT equipment and internal codes and standards
• English proficiency with fluent verbal and written communication
• Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in one or more of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, or mining
• Minimum experience: 4 years of relevant work experience
• Education: bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
