Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager will oversee the overall maintenance team and facilities while supporting operational strategies aimed at improving financial performance and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall maintenance team and manage day-to-day facilities operations.
• Develop and implement strategies intended to maximize financial performance.
• Maintain meticulous compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or related technical school degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of Engineering experience at a manager level.
• Prior hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements as they relate to the hotel and chemical storage.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Flexible and willing to work a schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
