Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering business requirements by documenting the portions assigned, following provided guidelines.

• Contribute to coding efforts by implementing new features or updates and integrating them into current applications, with emphasis on stability.
• Perform code reviews, modify the codebase as needed, and manage code repositories.
• Develop and apply testing strategies, analyze outcomes, and coordinate fixes to ensure quality standards.
• Create user training, documentation, and support structures to facilitate a smooth transition to new software.
• Engage in resolving live production issues and propose preventative measures to improve reliability.
• Keep thorough records of code, testing approaches, and support activities to build a robust knowledge base for similar projects.
