Job Description
Lead Automation Engineer position at Sipe Solutions focused on industrial automation and control systems delivery with hands-on PLC/HMI/SCADA work and technical leadership across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver industrial automation and control systems across a variety of projects and industries
- Support engineering work from early design through commissioning to help ensure reliable systems that meet project requirements
- Develop PLC code on Rockwell and Siemens platforms
- Design and configure HMI and SCADA systems using Ignition or Wonderware
- Review control panel designs and vendor submittals
- Support system integration
- Troubleshoot issues during testing and startup
- Help drive projects to successful completion
- Guide project execution by partnering with project managers, junior engineers, and client stakeholders
- Provide technical direction and review deliverables
- Identify risks or gaps early and help the team make sound engineering decisions throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements
- 5+ years of automation engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Pay
- USD 105,000 - 175,000 per year
