Lead Security Engineer II, Archer Developer (Secret Clearance)

The Lead Security Engineer II, Archer Developer position at Deloitte is based onsite in Arlington, VA and requires an active Secret clearance. The role centers on configuring RSA Archer, building Archer based solutions, integrating Archer with enterprise systems, and guiding project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct the configuration, customization, and ongoing enhancement of the RSA Archer platform to satisfy client business and technical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain data-centric Archer components, including applications, data fields, workflows, dashboards, reports, and access controls.
• Collaborate with project leadership, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Archer implementations.
• Support and implement integrations between Archer and enterprise systems, covering data imports, exports, and automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, workflow, and data issues with minimal oversight, escalating when necessary.
• Lead requirements analysis, document solutions, perform testing, support deployments, and enable users.
• Support system upgrades, patching, release management, and platform enhancements while minimizing operational disruption.
• Ensure deliverables comply with client security, compliance, and quality standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to best practices in solution delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Minimum three years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, and supporting RSA Archer or an equivalent GRC platform.
• At least three years building and maintaining Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data feeds.
• Three or more years of hands-on experience with system integrations, data management, SQL, and scripting relevant to Archer platform support.
