NC3 Sr Advanced Software Engineer

General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sr Advanced Software Engineer to support the NC3 business segment. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team on the design, development, and test of the next generation of Strategic Systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a software engineer for the NC3 business segment as part of a cross-functional team responsible for design, development, and test of the next generation of Strategic Systems.
• Provide technical leadership as part of daily engineering activities and team execution.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.
• Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance required at time of hire.
• Selected applicants will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Compensation

USD 157,397 - 174,613 per year (salary estimate based on experience and other factors such as geographic location). Actual pay may vary.
