Product Design Engineer

Three Point Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Design Engineer to support a heavy machine manufacturing operation onsite in Moline, Illinois. This role centers on Creo-based 3D CAD modeling, engineering drawings, and hands-on product development support to help move concepts into manufacturable designs. The position offers a compensation range of USD 30-34 per hour and requires a bachelor’s degree with at least one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit 3D CAD models and engineering drawings using Creo.
• Assist with design and modeling activities for engineering projects.
• Conduct feasibility assessments of proposed engineering solutions under supervision.
• Produce engineering drawings to communicate, evaluate, and implement designs.
• Support product development efforts, perform engineering analyses, and interpret data.
• Develop and follow engineering testing standards and procedures.
• Extract and organize engineering data using spreadsheets and standardized formats.
• Respond to routine engineering and technical inquiries per established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company engineering standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop precise models and technical documentation.
• Operate engineering tools and systems while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve routine issues and escalate complex concerns as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
