Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise multiple concurrent design activities across several vehicle programs while managing a team of SBU Designers.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that support program objectives, technical requirements, regulatory compliance, and corporate release milestones.
- Foster innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance product quality, engineering efficiency, and overall design execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering or design experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Teamcenter experience
- Minimum of 3 years of NX experience
- MS Office experience
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
