Product Design & Engineering - Design Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise multiple concurrent design activities across several vehicle programs while managing a team of SBU Designers.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that support program objectives, technical requirements, regulatory compliance, and corporate release milestones.
• Foster innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance product quality, engineering efficiency, and overall design execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering or design experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Teamcenter experience
• Minimum of 3 years of NX experience
• MS Office experience
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
