Project Engineer

Manpower Engineering is hiring a Project Engineer in Richland, MS (onsite) to support engineering and design project delivery from design through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Review quotes, proposals, and purchase orders to verify design requirements, technical accuracy, and pricing alignment.
• Create project design schedules, track progress, and address obstacles to keep deliverables aligned with project goals.
• Coordinate design activities across civil design, steel fabrication, and internal project meetings to support smooth execution.
• Travel to customer sites to conduct technical evaluations, develop recommendations, and assist with field measurements when required.
• Resolve project design and warranty issues.
• Respond to customer feedback on drawings; review customer and internal drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and identify corrections as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or similar field.
• Working knowledge of drafting and 3-D modeling software, such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Ability to identify scope changes and initiate requests for change orders.
• Experience supporting engineering studies (example: CFD analysis) for customer projects or product development.
• Drive to improve products and processes.

• USD 85,000 - 100,000 per year
