Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and execute advanced PCA solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Plan and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and energisation activities for control, automation, and electrical systems.
• Act as a key client-facing engineering representative during testing, commissioning, and project close-out activities.
• Support EPMS, SCADA, PLC, and automation system integration through verification of communications, data mapping, and control functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Protection, Control, and Automation projects.
• Experience with Schweitzer Engineering Labs (SEL), ABB and other PLC, SCADA, DCS, EPMS, or related industrial automation platforms.
• Understanding of electrical protection systems, switchgear, RMUs, ATS, and associated control systems.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Location & Travel

This is a Remote or Hybrid position based in Franklin, TN. Expected travel up to 45-65% for site visits to meet role requirements.

Compensation

Salary: USD 100,000 - 135,000 per year.
