RF Systems Engineer

TX RX Systems, Inc. offers a full-time, onsite Applications Engineer position in Angola, NY that blends technical engineering with customer-facing support. You will work directly within LMR (land mobile radio) networks, helping customers understand products, shaping quote documentation, and supporting solutions from engineering through production readiness. Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive product knowledge and understand how TX RX Systems offerings fit into LMR networks
• Explain technical aspects of products and services to customers using strong communication and active listening
• Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver aligned outcomes
• Support sales efforts by joining phone calls and meetings with customers when needed
• Identify customer needs and propose custom solutions using available products and services
• Create technical drawings and documents required for quote packages
• Help clients troubleshoot issues with existing equipment
• Work with the production floor team as needed to optimize systems prior to shipment
• Create and maintain bills of materials for custom systems
• Represent TX RX Systems with a high standard during technical and application discussions with customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent experience
• Radio Frequency System experience is a plus, but not required
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, including customer service and active listening
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail
• Willingness to be thoroughly trained in TX RX Systems and the LMR industry
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to operate a computer and keyboard; proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Effective communication using written, speech, hearing, and vision skills
