Job Description

Senior Cloud Security SRE role emphasizing Terraform automation, EKS/Kubernetes management, and secure multi cloud operations across AWS and Azure, with a focus on Zero Trust IAM governance, CI/CD automation, observability, and highly available enterprise cloud modernization.

Responsibilities

  • Own Terraform automation and module provisioning
  • Operate and manage EKS and Kubernetes clusters
  • Spearhead multi cloud security engineering across AWS and Azure
  • Enforce Zero Trust IAM governance and compliance
  • Build CI/CD automation and GitOps pipelines
  • Enhance observability across systems
  • Architect and implement high availability for enterprise cloud modernization
  • Harden Kubernetes clusters with security hardening, pod security policies, and RBAC

Requirements

  • 6+ years in security, cybersecurity, IAM or access management
  • 6+ years Terraform expertise including modules and EKS provisioning
  • Strong EKS/Kubernetes clusters autoscaling, networking, RBAC and security
  • 14+ years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps or SRE
  • Deep AWS experience including EC2, S3, EKS, IAM, networking and serverless
  • Strong Azure IaaS experience including VNets, NSGs, VPN Gateways, routing, DNS and Traffic Manager
  • GitOps CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or CircleCI
  • Security first mindset including secrets management, encryption, patching and remediation
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS
  • Advanced Docker, Kubernetes networking, pod security and cluster hardening
  • Automation in Python, Go, Bash or Ruby
  • Configuration management with Terraform, Ansible or Chef
  • Strong networking fundamentals including DNS, load balancing, firewalls and VPNs
  • Observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or New Relic
  • Incident response, RCA automation, performance tuning and reliability engineering
  • Deep knowledge of SLO, SLA, scalability, resilience and high availability architecture
