Senior Electrical Engineer role in a capital equipment OEM environment, focused on electrical design and controls for complex packaging machinery.

Lead electrical and controls design for packaging machinery with complex system requirements
Develop complete electrical and controls architecture, including electrical hardware design beyond PLC code
Design, develop, and review control systems using ControlLogix, Kinetix 5500/5700, and PanelView HMIs
Specify electrical components, panels, wiring, and applicable electrical standards
Conduct root cause analysis and drive electrical/control design improvements
Support machine builds, testing activities, and on-site field troubleshooting
Collaborate closely with mechanical engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated machine systems
Act as a technical reference for engineering leadership and service teams

5+ years of OEM machinery electrical engineering experience
Experience with ControlLogix, Kinetix, and PanelView
Strong understanding of industrial electrical codes and standards
Ability to design full electrical systems and electrical hardware layouts
Comfort presenting and solving problems at a whiteboard level
Experience with motion systems and servos
Exposure to linear track systems, with Rockwell iTRAK, B&R, or Beckhoff preferred
