Responsibilities

Analyze and classify business and technical needs to align with project objectives and mitigate risk.

Requirements

6–10 years of hands-on data engineering experience, including strong ETL development skills
Proficiency in Scala, Python, and Java
Experience with Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, and SQL
API integration expertise; familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Ability to design scalable, distributed systems with emphasis on security, availability, and maintainability
Skill in translating business requirements into detailed technical designs and user stories
Strong debugging, integration testing, and defect management capabilities
Experience with Microsoft Azure and services such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks
Commitment to delivering high-quality, testable, and maintainable code; familiarity with open-source libraries and design patterns; experience with microservice architectures
