Senior Systems Engineer - Agile Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Act as the Agile Product Owner for a cross-functional engineering team
• Convert stakeholder input into well defined user stories, features, and system-level requirements
• Lead requirements development, decomposition, traceability, and V&V planning
• Coordinate efforts across software, systems, hardware, and test engineering teams
• Support system integration activities, troubleshoot issues, and analyze performance
• Perform technical trade studies and influence architecture decisions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain the product backlog
• Communicate technical status and risk to leadership and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 5 years of relevant experience in systems and software engineering
• Experience with Agile development
• Experience with system hardware/software integration
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
