Join a hybrid engineering support role focused on wireless networking, customer issue resolution, and technical problem solving.

Triage and resolve customer support escalations coming from multiple inbound channels
Deliver strong customer experience by meeting or exceeding expectations on response quality and timeliness
Build and maintain layer 2 and layer 3 network testbeds to reproduce and debug issues
Understand relevant features and reproduce customer issues for investigation
File tickets for bugs identified during troubleshooting and validation
Analyze logs and work toward root cause identification
Collaborate with developers and drive solutions with technical follow-through
Participate in relevant meetings and discussions, including providing status reports
Drive innovation by integrating new technologies into engineering design organization projects and activities
Provide guidance and mentoring for less-experienced staff

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with a focus in networking preferred
Typically 6-10 years of experience (minimum 6 years)
Knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking
Knowledge of 802.11 Wi-Fi standards
Ability to use and evaluate engineering design tools and software packages for component and solution design
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience conducting reviews of material specifications and hardware, software, and electrical component design
Ability to evaluate empirical analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including mastery in English and the local language
Ability to communicate product architectures, design proposals, and negotiate options at senior management levels
